I am not receiving text message replies from my employees

The text messaging function within the message center is a one-way communication tool. This tool is designed to be used for communications to all or a group of staff members. For two-way communications, you can use the options available in the Inmail and Email options available in the Message Center.



  • For text messaging, employees must have a phone number entered and the SMS messaging option enabled in their profile in order to receive text message communications.
  • Employees can opt-out of text messaging notifications in their account settings. If an employee disables text messages notifications they will not receive SMS messages sent through the Message Center.
