How to Troubleshoot Common Mobile App Issues

Troubleshoot common issues with the SubItUp mobile app.

  1. If you are having trouble logging in to the app:

    • Check that your email address is entered correctly. Confirm with your manager that it matches the email they have on file for you.

    • Make sure your password is entered correctly and does not include any extra spaces.

    • If your device uses autofill to save your username and password, delete the autofill entry and manually enter your email and password.

    • Uninstall and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

    • Check the Updates section of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and update the app if an update is available.
