How to Troubleshoot Common Mobile App Issues
Troubleshoot common issues with the SubItUp mobile app.

If you are having trouble logging in to the app:

Check that your email address is entered correctly. Confirm with your manager that it matches the email they have on file for you.

Make sure your password is entered correctly and does not include any extra spaces.

If your device uses autofill to save your username and password, delete the autofill entry and manually enter your email and password.

Uninstall and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Check the Updates section of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and update the app if an update is available.
