What is hourly-based scheduling?
When choosing hourly-based scheduling, you will set your positions up to collect availability from your staff, using a freeform calendar based on dates. Your employees will click and drag the blocks of time they are available to work for each day during the timeframe you request.
Once you collect availability, you can use shift templates to auto-generate a schedule. With auto-generation, the system will match up and assign available employees to the shift template times that you have created. Shifts will only be assigned to employees who are available for the entire shift length.
