How to View Employee Shift Statistics

The Engagement report allows managers to review employee shift activity and statistics over a selected period of time.

This is the report to use if you are trying to see which employees have dropped shifts or review employee shift activity across your staff.

If you want to see who has dropped shifts, use the Engagement report.

Select the date range you want to review and use the employee shift statistics to review drop activity for your staff.

This is helpful when you want to review employee activity across a period of time rather than investigate one individual shift.

The Engagement report and History tool provide different information.

Use Engagement when you want to review employee activity or statistics, such as which employees have dropped shifts during a selected date range.

Use History when you want to investigate changes to a specific shift or position.

For example:

“Who has been dropping shifts?” → Use Engagement

“What happened to this specific shift?” → Use History

Engagement is designed for reviewing employee shift activity and statistics.
Use a date range to control the period of activity you are reviewing.
If you are looking specifically for employees who dropped shifts, use the Engagement report rather than Shift History.
Shift History is better suited for investigating changes associated with a particular shift or position.
