      How to view employee shift statistics

      The staff statistics tool provides valuable insight into staff shift trading, requests for time off, and clock in/out activities.

       

      Product Update August 2022: Chain of Custody Tracking

      Based on manager feedback, we've enhanced the tracking of SubItUp's engagement tool to monitor and record activity associated with the full chain of custody of a shift.

      For example, say an employee drops a shift. That shift is then offered to other, eligible employees. However, nobody picks up that available shift. After a day or so, the original employee retracts their drop request and agrees to work the shift. SubItUp will no longer record the drop request in the engagement tool since that employee will be working the shift.

      1. In the left-side toolbar, select ENGAGEMENT>EMPLOYEES.
      2. At the top of the page enter the START DATE and END DATE
      3. Enter the POSITIONS you’d like to generate data for.
      4. Click LOAD POSITIONS.
