How to Modify Your Preferences for Shift Notifications

• Available Shift Alerts

• Open Swap Alerts

• Shift Reminders

Turn On or Off Available Shift Alerts

Enable this setting to receive an email when a shift becomes available to pick up during a time you are not scheduled to work.

1. Click Account Settings in the left-side menu.

2. Select the checkbox for Available Shift Alerts.

3. Click Save.

You will now receive email notifications when shifts become available.

Turn On or Off Open Swap Alerts

Enable this setting to receive an email when a coworker posts an open shift swap for your position.

1. Click Account Settings in the left-side menu.

2. Select the checkbox for Open Swap Alerts.

3. Click Save.

You will now receive email notifications when an open swap is posted.

Turn On or Off Shift Reminders

Enable this setting to receive an email reminder before an upcoming shift.

Reminder times are set by your manager.

1. Click Account Settings in the left-side menu.

2. Select the checkbox for Shift Reminder.

3. Click Save.

You will now receive email reminders before your scheduled shifts.
