How to set global colors for positions and shift templates

Create a visually friendly schedule using SubItUp's global position and shift template colors by standardizing colors associated with each position and/or shift templates. Once set, colors will be persistent across all manager and employee accounts.

How to set global colors for individual positions:

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select APPS.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click on GLOBAL COLORS.
  3. To change the color of the position, click on the dropper in the COLOR column and select a color.
  4. Select the boxes to the left of the POSITION that you would like to activate a global color for.

 

How to set global colors on for individual shift templates:

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select APPS.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click on GLOBAL COLORS.
  3. Under the POSITIONS section, click on the POSITION NAME.
  4. To the right under SHIFT TEMPLATES, click on the dropper in the COLOR column and select a color.
  5. To the left, select the boxes under the GLOBAL column that you would like to activate.

 

How to set global colors for all positions and/or shift templates

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select APPS.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click on GLOBAL COLORS.
  3. In the top-right corner under GLOBAL OPTIONS, click on the drop-down menu next to TURN and select ON or OFF.
  4. Click on the drop-down menu to the right and select ALL POSITIONS, ALL TEMPLATES or ALL POSITIONS & TEMPLATES.
  5. Click the APPLY COLORS
  6. In the pop-up box, click CONTINUE.
