How to Reset Your MFA Phone Number
If your phone number has changed, you can request that your manager reset the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) phone number on your account.
Note: This process must be completed on a desktop or laptop computer. It cannot be done from the mobile app.
Steps

Go to account.subitup.com.

Enter your SubItUp login credentials, select Employee, and log in.

On the Verify Phone Number screen, click Click to Reset next to the message:
“Did your phone number change or was it entered incorrectly?” -
Select the reason for your request.

Add a note if needed.

Click Submit Request.
What Happens Next

Your manager will receive an email requesting approval to reset your MFA phone number.

Wait for a confirmation email from SubItUp indicating that your phone number has been reset.

Once you receive that email, log in to SubItUp and set up MFA using your new phone number.
⚠️ Important: Do not submit multiple reset requests while waiting for approval.
