How to publish event shifts

To publish an individual shift:

How to publish a single event shift

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select EVENTS > VIEW EVENTS.
  2. Find and click on the EVENT NAME on the calendar.
  3. On the right side of the page under the event details, click on VIEW.
  4. On the top right click on EDIT EVENT DETAILS.
  5. At the top, click on DAYS & STAFF.
  6. Under DAYS & STAFF, select the day you'd like to publish from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Under a POSITION, click on the RED CIRCLE/HASH MARK to the left of the employee name or available shift. The icon will change to a GREEN CHECK MARK, indicating the individual shift is published. 

Notes:

  • When you have published and unpublished shifts within and event, the publish status will show MIXED under the PUBLISH STATUS under the event details. 

 

To publish all event shifts:

How to publish all event shifts

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select EVENTS > VIEW EVENTS.
  2. Find and click on the EVENT NAME on the calendar.
  3. On the right side of the page under the event details, click on the box titled PUBLISH STATUS. The status will say UNPUBLISHED in red font or MIXED in yellow font. 
  4. In the ACTION drop-down menu, select PUBLISH ALL SHIFTS.
  5. Click PUBLISH SHIFTS.
  6. The PUBLISH STATUS will change from UNPUBLISHED to PUBLISHED under the event details on the right when you click on the event.
