How to opt-out of MFA Reset Alert Notifications

Are you receiving MFA Reset Alerts from employees but you don't need to receive them? Follow these steps to opt-out on a position-by-position basis.

1. From the DASHBOARD, click the STAFF button in the left-side menu.

2. Click on the name of the manager you wish to opt-out of MFA Reset Alerts (you are able to adjust your own settings).

3. Navigate to the POSITIONS tab.

4. In the column titled MFA ALERTS, change any positions that you do not want to receive MFA reset alerts from employees to OPT-OUT.
