Managers can create an individual shift directly on the schedule at any time.

Create a Shift

  1. From the left-side menu, click Schedule.

  2. Hover over Calendar, then select By Employee – Week.

  3. Click Create Shift in the top-right corner.

  4. In the pop-up window:

    • Select the Position.

    • (Optional) Select a Template.

    • Enter the Date, Title, Start Time, and End Time.

    • (Optional) Add a Break.

    • Select the Employee to assign the shift to.

  5. (Optional) Select Email to notify the employee.

  6. (Optional) Select Publish to make the shift visible to the employee immediately.

  7. Click Save.
