How to Manually Create a Shift
Managers can create an individual shift directly on the schedule at any time.

Create a Shift

From the left-side menu, click Schedule.

Hover over Calendar, then select By Employee – Week.

Click Create Shift in the top-right corner.

In the pop-up window:

Select the Position.

(Optional) Select a Template.

Enter the Date, Title, Start Time, and End Time.

(Optional) Add a Break.

Select the Employee to assign the shift to.

(Optional) Select Email to notify the employee.
-
(Optional) Select Publish to make the shift visible to the employee immediately.

Click Save.
