To create a public calendar:

    M - Edit a Public Calendar

    1. In the left-side toolbar, select SCHEDULE.
    2. Select CALENDAR.
    3. Select PUBLIC CALENDAR.
    4. Click on the PENCIL ICON next to the calendar that you’d like to edit.
    5. Make edits.
    6. Click SAVE.

     

    To deactivate a public calendar:

    M - Deactivate a Public Calendar

    1. In the left-side toolbar, select SCHEDULE.
    2. Select CALENDAR.
    3. Select PUBLIC CALENDAR.
    4. In the left column, under ACTIVE, uncheck the calendars you’d like to deactivate.

    Notes:

    • Public calendars are updated with changes in real-time.
    • Anyone with the link will not be able to edit the calendar data.
    • The calendar views, positions, and dates can be used to change the views of the calendar.
