How to copy and paste schedules for both consistent weeks and rotating weeks:

The copy/paste tool will alert you if there is a Request for Time Off (RTO) on the calendar or if an employee is already scheduled for a shift in the current position or another position they belong to.

For hourly-based positions, the tool does not account for different availability each week. If your staff schedules remain the same each week, you can collect availability for one week, fine-tune the schedule, and copy and paste that week. If schedules vary week to week, it is not recommended to use this tool.
