How to copy and paste schedules for both consistent weeks and rotating weeks:
Notes:
- The copy/paste tool will alert you if there is a REQUEST FOR TIME OFF (RTO) on the calendar and if an employee is already scheduled for a shift in the current position or another position they are a member of.
- For hourly-based positions, it does not take into consideration different availability each week for hourly-based positions. If your staff shifts and schedules are the same each week then you can collect availability for one week, fine-tune your schedule, and copy and paste the one week. If this is not the case, it is not recommended that you use this tool.
