Your Account Settings allow you to update your personal information, manage shift notification emails, and control whether your phone number appears on the employee call list.

How to adjust account settings new

Turn On Swap Alerts

Receive an email when another employee offers a shift swap for a position you belong to.

  1. Select Account Settings in the left-side menu.

  2. Check the box for Open Swap Alerts.

  3. Click Save.


Turn On Shift Reminders

Receive an email reminder before your scheduled shifts. Reminder timing is set by your manager.

  1. Select Account Settings in the left-side menu.

  2. Check the box for Shift Reminder.

  3. Click Save.


List or Remove Your Phone Number from the Employee Call List

  1. Select Account Settings in the left-side menu.

  2. Check or uncheck List Phone Number depending on your preference.

  3. Click Save.
