How to Add and View Pronouns on an Employee’s Account
Managers can view or update an employee’s pronouns from their profile and display them on the schedule.
Add or View Pronouns

From the Dashboard, click Staff in the left-side menu.

Select the employee from the list.

Click the General tab.

Locate the Pronoun field and enter or update the employee’s pronouns.
View Pronouns on the Schedule

Go to the Calendar.

Select the Pronouns checkbox to display pronouns in your calendar view.
