You can update an employee’s email address from their profile if it was entered incorrectly or has changed.

Update an Email Address

  1. From the left-side menu, click Staff.

  2. Under Employee List, select the employee.

  3. Click the General tab.

  4. Click Modify Email in the bottom-right corner.

  5. Enter the new email address.

  6. Select a Reason for the change.

  7. Click Submit.


Notes

  • Changing an employee’s email may affect their ability to log in to SubItUp.

  • Managers will receive an email notification when an employee’s email is updated.

  • If an email change was not authorized, contact Support Here immediately.
