500 Internal Service Error Troubleshooting

If you are receiving a 500 Internal Service Error when attempting to log-in via SSO, please follow the steps below.

 
1. From the 500 Internal Error Screen, open developer tools (Control + Shift + C on Windows, Command + Option + C on Mac)
2. Select "Application" from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
3. Under "Application" on the left-hand toolbar, select "Clear Storage."
4. Select "Clear Site Data".
5. Exit page and then go back to the log-in page.
