Why Can’t I See Any Shifts on My SubItUp App?
If you are unable to see any shifts in the SubItUp app, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make Sure All Positions Are Selected
In the app, check that all of your positions are selected and visible. If a position is unchecked, shifts for that position may not appear.
2. Log Out and Log Back InLog out of the SubItUp app completely, then log back in to refresh your account information.
3. Reset Your PasswordIf logging out does not help, reset your password and log back into the app using the new password.
4. Uninstall and Reinstall the AppIf you are still unable to see your shifts, uninstall the SubItUp app from your device and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
