What Do the Thumbs Icons Mean on the Calendar?
When viewing the calendar in SubItUp, you may see thumbs icons next to employee names. These icons indicate how an employee’s scheduled hours compare to their weekly limits.
Icon Meanings
- Green Thumbs Up
The employee is within their allowed weekly hours. - Yellow Hand Up
The employee is at their maximum weekly hours limit. - Red Thumbs Down
The employee is scheduled over their allowed weekly hours.
Important Note
You must have the Hour Summary filter turned on in the calendar view to see these icons.
If the filter is off, the icons will not appear.
