If your SubItUp shifts are not appearing on your Outlook calendar, there may be an issue with your calendar connection or account session.

Troubleshooting Steps

Try the following steps to refresh your calendar sync:

  1. Confirm you are logged into the correct Outlook/Microsoft account that matches your SubItUp email address.
  2. Unsync your calendar from SubItUp.
  3. Log out of your Outlook/Microsoft account on both:
    • Web browser
    • Mobile device
  4. Log back into your Outlook account on both devices.
  5. If using a mobile device, consider removing and re-adding your email account in your device settings.
  6. Return to SubItUp and resync your calendar.
