Not Receiving Your MFA Verification Code/Text Message
If you are trying to log in to SubItUp but are not receiving your verification code, there are a few common causes and steps you can take to resolve the issue.
Common Reasons You May Not Receive a Code
- Carrier delays or blocking
Some carriers, especially with university or work-issued phones, may delay or block short-code text messages. - Do Not Disturb or message filtering
On iPhones and some Android devices, messages from unknown numbers may be filtered into a separate folder. - Weak or no signal
Poor cell reception can delay or prevent delivery of the verification code. - Temporary system delay
Occasionally, there may be a short delay from the SMS provider. - Multiple login attempts
If you request multiple codes, only the most recent code will work. Previous codes may expire.

If your phone number is correct but you are still not receiving codes, the best next step is to reset your MFA number.
