Not Receiving Password Reset Emails
Overview
If you are not receiving the SubItUp password reset email, it is usually because the message has been filtered into your spam, junk, or another email folder.
SubItUp password reset emails are sent from a no-reply email address, which some email providers may automatically filter.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
First, check the Spam, Junk, or Other folders in your email inbox.
You can also search your inbox for:
no-reply
This will help locate any messages sent from SubItUp that may have been filtered into a different folder.
Step 2: Submit a Support Request
If you cannot find the reset email in any folder, the message may be bouncing or blocked by your email provider.
In this case, please submit a support ticket using the email address associated with your SubItUp login.
