Manager: Do You Need Full Access to Your Account?
If you are unable to perform certain actions, such as creating positions, it may be due to limited manager permissions.
This can happen if the original account owner is no longer active and full access was not granted to another manager.
How to Request Full Manager Access
To restore full access, approval is required from your organization’s billing contact.
Step 1
Have your billing contact send in a support ticket with the request HERE
Step 2
In their reply, they should confirm that you should be granted full manager access, including the ability to create positions.
Step 3
Once SubItUp Support receives this confirmation, your permissions will be updated to provide full access to the positions you manage.
Why This Is Required
For security purposes, only authorized contacts, such as the billing contact, can approve changes to manager access levels. This helps protect your organization’s account and data.
