"Uh Oh We could not find the account with the entered credentials. Check the form and try again."
Common Causes & Solutions
1. Incorrect Email Address
Make sure the email address entered matches the one used when the account was created.
Things to check:

Spelling errors
-
Extra spaces before or after the email
-
Using a personal email instead of a work/school email
✔ Try re-entering the email address carefully.
2. Incorrect Password
If the email is correct but the password isn't recognized, you'll see this error.
Solution:

Click Forgot Password
-
Follow the reset instructions sent to your email
-
Create a new password and try logging in again
3. Wrong Login Type Selected
SubItUp has two login types:

Employee
-
Manager
Selecting the wrong one can prevent the system from finding your account.
✔ Make sure the correct option is selected before clicking Log In.
4. Your Organization Uses SSO (Single Sign-On)
Some organizations require users to log in through SSO instead of entering a password directly.
If this applies to your organization:

Click SSO Log In

Enter your organization's SSO credentials
