Login Issues
"Uh Oh We could not find the account with the entered credentials. Check the form and try again."
This error usually means the email address, password, or login method doesn't match the account on file.
Common Causes & Solutions
1. Incorrect Email Address
Make sure the email address entered matches the one associated with your SubItUp account.
Things to check:
- Spelling errors
- Extra spaces before or after the email address
- Using a personal email instead of your work or school email
Solution: Re-enter your email address carefully and try logging in again.
2. Incorrect Password
If your email address is correct but your password isn't recognized, you'll receive this error.
Solution:
- Click Forgot Password.
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
- Create a new password and try logging in again.
3. Wrong Login Type Selected
SubItUp has two login types:
- Employee
- Manager
Selecting the wrong login type may prevent the system from finding your account.
Solution: Verify that you've selected the correct login type before signing in.
4. Your Organization Uses Single Sign-On (SSO)
Some organizations require employees and managers to sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO) instead of a SubItUp password.
Solution:
- Click SSO Log In.
- Enter your organization's SSO credentials.
For Managers: If an employee is unable to log in using SSO, verify that their account is active and that their login credentials are correct in SubItUp's SSO portal
