How to Print Your Schedule Calendar

Print Your Schedule

1. Go to Schedule > Calendar.
2. Select the calendar view and date range you would like to print.
3. Click the Print icon in the upper-right corner of the Calendar.
4. Your browser's print window will open.
5. Review your print settings and select the printer you would like to use.
6. Click Print.

Turn On Background Graphics

If your printed schedule is missing shift colors, shading, or other background formatting, make sure Background graphics is enabled in your browser's print settings.

Google Chrome

1. From the print window, click More settings.
2. Find Options.
3. Check Background graphics.
4. Review the print preview to make sure the schedule displays correctly.
5. Click Print.

Schedule Does Not Fit on One Page?

Depending on your calendar view, number of employees, and selected date range, the schedule may not automatically fit on a single page.

From your browser's print settings, try adjusting:

• Layout between Portrait and Landscape.
• Scale to reduce the size of the calendar until it fits appropriately.
• Margins if additional space is needed.

Always review the print preview before printing.

Schedule Colors Are Missing When Printing?

If the schedule looks correct on your screen but colors or shading are missing from the printed version, check Background graphics first.

When Background graphics is turned off, your browser may remove background colors and other visual formatting from the printed calendar.

Important

Printing the Schedule Calendar is different from exporting schedule data to a spreadsheet. If you need schedule information in a CSV or spreadsheet format, the Schedule Calendar itself does not export directly to Excel or CSV.
