How to Clear Your Browser's Cache
When you visit a website, your browser stores information to speed up the loading process. If updates are made, your browser may still use older files, which can cause display issues or prevent access to new features.
The most compatible browsers to use with SubItUp are Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
To clear your cache:
Google Chrome

Click the Chrome Menu (the three dots in the upper-right corner).

In the drop-down menu, hover over More Tools.

Click Clear Browsing Data.

In the top-left corner, select Clear Browsing Data.

In the Time Range drop-down menu, select All Time.

Check the box next to Cached Images and Files.

Click Clear Data.
Safari
-
On the top menu, click Safari and select Preferences.

Click the Advanced tab.

Check the box next to Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar.

On the top menu, click Develop.

Select Empty Caches.
Microsoft Edge
-
Open Microsoft Edge and click the three dots in the upper-right corner.

Select History.
-
Click Clear History.

Check Cached Data and Files.

Click Clear.
