How Can I See Scheduled Hours for Longer Than One Week?
If you need to view total scheduled hours across a longer time period (such as a full semester or multiple weeks), you can use the Payroll Report in SubItUp.
This report allows you to run totals across a custom date range and calculate hours based on scheduled shifts rather than time clock entries, making it useful for planning staffing levels or estimating payroll costs.
How to View Total Scheduled Hours

In your navigation menu, go to Reports.

Select Payroll Report.

Choose the date range you want to review (for example, a full semester or multiple weeks).

Open the Report Options dropdown.

Uncheck the option:
Use Time Clock Data
When this option is unchecked, the report calculates hours using scheduled shifts instead of clock-in/out data. This allows you to review the total number of scheduled hours across multiple weeks.
Using the Report Before Publishing Schedules
The Payroll Report does include unpublished shifts when running off scheduled time.
This allows managers to run the report before publishing schedules to:
