If your SubItUp shifts are not appearing on your Google Calendar, there may be an issue with your calendar connection or session.

Troubleshooting Steps

Try the following steps to refresh your calendar sync:

  1. Confirm you are logged into the correct Google account that matches your SubItUp email address.
  2. Unsync your Google Calendar from SubItUp.
  3. Log out of your Google account on both:
    • Web browser
    • Mobile device
  4. Log back into your Google account on both devices.
  5. Return to SubItUp and resync your Google Calendar.
