When you visit a website your browser stores information to speed up the loading process. When we make updates your browser may still use old files and can cause display issues or access problems to updates and new features.
The most compatible browsers to use with SubItUp are Google Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
To clear your cache:
Google Chrome
- Click the CHROME MENU (the three dots in the upper right-hand corner).
- In the pull-down menu, hover over MORE TOOLS.
- Click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
- In the top-left corner, select CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
- In the TIME RANGE drop-down menu select ALL TIME.
- Check the box next to CACHED IMAGES & FILES.
- Click the CLEAR DATA.
Safari
- ON the top menu, click on SAFARI and select PREFERENCES.
- Click on the ADVANCED TAB.
- Check the box next to SHOW DEVELOP MENU IN MENU BAR.
- On the top menu, click on DEVELOP.
- Select EMPTY CACHES.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and go to the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select HISTORY.
- Select CLEAR HISTORY.
- Check CACHED DATA AND FILES.
- Select CLEAR.

- Internet Explorer (IE) and Mozilla Firefox are not recommended browsers to use with SubItUp.
