Can I Delete My SubItUp Account?
SubItUp accounts cannot be fully deleted due to organizational and historical data requirements. These requirements ensure accurate recordkeeping for scheduling, payroll, and reporting purposes.
What Happens to Your Account?
If you are no longer active:
- Your account will be archived and made inactive
- You will not appear in active schedules
- Your account will no longer be used for day-to-day operations
This means your account is essentially dormant, but retained for recordkeeping.
Security Recommendations
If you have concerns about your account security:
- Reset your password to ensure your account is secure
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere
- Update your password on any other accounts where it may have been reused
