How to create a request for time off for an employee
Enter a request for time off (RTO) on behalf of your employee.
To manually create a request for time off:
- In the left-side toolbar, select REQUEST TIME OFF.
- On the top-right of the page, click ADD RTO.
- In the pop-up box, select the EMPLOYEEyou’re adding a request for time off for.
- Select the POSITIONthe request is for.
- Select the START DATE and END DATE for the request for time off.
- Select a REASON for the time off request.
- Enter an EXPLANATION for the request.
- Click the SUBMIT.
Notes:
- The request for time off will automatically be approved for the positions you manage.
