Entering availability lets your manager know when you are available to work. It is important to fill out your availability accurately, as this is the information used to schedule your shifts.
To enter hourly availability:
- Click MY AVAILABILITY in the left-side menu.
- Click the POSITION you’d like to enter your availability for.
- Click and drag all of the hours you are available to work for each date.
- On the left-side menu, click NEXT WEEK.
- If your availability remains the same every week, click COPY PREVIOUS WEEK.
- Once you have entered your availability, click SUBMIT TO MANAGER.
