How to import your (EMS) Event Management System schedule

If your using EMS to coordinate event space reservations, and SubItUp to schedule employees to work these reservations – your job just got a whole lot easier.

The SubItUp + EMS integration streamlines your event scheduling process and eliminates duplicate data entry. This tool automatically creates events and schedules associated shifts using your EMS event space reservation data.

 

To import your EMS event:

  1. In the left-side toolbar, select 
  2. Select IMPORT EVENT.
  3. Click on EMS TEMPLATE.
  4. Populate the file with data and save it as a CSV file.
  5. Click SELECT FILE and select your newly populated template.
  6. Click OPEN.
  7. Click CREATE SHIFTS AS AVAILABLE.
  8. Click VIEW CALENDAR.
